What a week it was in the NFL. From the “Miami Miracle” to George Kittle running wild against the Broncos, it was a week of things we don’t see too often.

Here’s what was the best and the worst of Week 14:

Best: The Miami Miracle

We all know what happened. Just watch it one more time:

Worst: Kirk Cousins against teams over .500

The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night by a final score of 21-7. The win gave the Seahawks a game and a half lead over the Vikings for the first wild card spot with three weeks left. The loss for the Vikings continued a tough trend for quarterback Kirk Cousins, who now drops to a 4-24 record against teams over .500.

Best: Derrick Henry

Derrick Henry had 17 carries for 238 yards and four touchdowns Thursday night as the Tennessee Titans defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-9. The play of the game came in the second quarter as Henry broke out a 99-yard touchdown run.

Henry moved from 29th in the league in rushing yards to 19th with his game on Thursday.

Worst: Mark Sanchez

Washington lost to the New York Giants on Sunday 40-16. At halftime, the Giants had a 34-0 lead and Washington quarterback Mark Sanchez had a game to forget. Sanchez completed six of 14 passes for 38 yards and two inceptions which is good for a passer rating of 10.7. Kyle Madson put into perspective how bad of a game Sanchez had:

Best: George Kittle

Kittle broke a few 49ers franchise records on Sunday during his seven reception, 210 yards, one touchdown game against the Denver Broncos. Kittle became the first 49ers tight end to eclipse 1,000 yards on the season. He also broke the 49ers game record for most receiving yards in a single game breaking Vernon Davis’ record of 180.
