Oakland Athletics manager Bob Melvin might be one of the nicest sports figures on the planet. He makes an extra effort to speak personally and professionally with different members of the media and fans, and is universally respected by his players and staff.

But ever MLB manager, or average baseball coach for that matter, has that angry side that causes umpires to second guess their calls and life choices. Over the eight seasons at the helm in Oakland, Melvin has had his fair share of blowups.
