The Los Angeles Rams had been running (and passing) all over the NFL this year, and rolled into Chicago for a primetime standoff with the upstart Bears.
Many figured LA would leave the Windy City having put Mitchell Trubisky and his teammates back in their place, but that wasn’t the case. With some well-timed defense and constant pressure, the Bears held the Rams to just 6 points, zero of them coming from a touchdown.
With all the attention of the dazzling offenses of the Chiefs, Saints, and of course Rams……we may be repeating that old adage come February: Defense Wins Championships.
Cohen cuts right through the defense for a HUGE gain!
