Hour 1

In the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason started the show talking about Urban Meyer retiring from Ohio State, and what his legacy is in College Football history.  Next, Brett McMurphy, Stadium Network College Football Insider, joined the guys to talk about Urban Meyer’s retirement, and what his future looks like.  Sarah Hodges and Joe Musso, KOVR 13, also joined the show to talk some College Football to end the hour.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 2

In the second hour of the show Sarah Hodges and Joe Musso talk with the guys about the Kings season so far.  The guys also talked about if the NFL chose their playoff teams like College Football, and they give their picks on what their four teams would be in the NFL playoffs.  Jason and Damien then finished the hour breaking down the NFC, and preview some Week 14 games.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
