Ex-Raider Irvin Signs With Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons have signed ex-Raiders linebacker Bruce Irvin to a one-year deal, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Raiders released Irvin on Sunday after two and a half years with Oakland. This season with the Raiders, Irvin has played eight games, recording three sacks and forcing a fumble.

According to Vaughn McClure of ESPN, Irvin had offers on the table from the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers but instead chose to sign with his hometown Falcons.
