Giants Announce Barry Bonds Number To Be Retired

The San Francisco Giants announced today they will retire 7-time MVP (5 with SF) Barry Bond’s number “25”.
Bonds had a .312 career batting average during his time in San Francisco while slugging 586 home runs, good for 2nd most in franchise history.
The retirement ceremony is set to take place on August 11, 2018 against his other former club, Pittsburgh Pirates.
