Hour 1
In the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason started the show talking about last night’s Raiders loss to the Rams, and if their was anything positive to take away from the game for the Raiders. The guys also talked about the Jets Lions Monday Night Football game, and Stafford’s four interceptions. All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
Hour 2
In the second hour of the show Levi Damien, Silver and Black Pride, joined the guys to talk about last night’s Raiders Rams game, and what the team needs to do to improve from last night. The guys also previewed the Week 2 games and if the Niners or Raiders will be able to get their first wins this weekend. They also talked some basketball with Sacramento Kings Media Day less than 2 weeks a way. All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
Hour 3
In the final hour of the Lo-Down the guys gave their winners and losers from Week 1 of the NFL, and previewed the upcoming week. Next, the guys shared some stories about 9/11, and what it was like that day for them. The guys also went over the Facebook question of the day.
