Hornets To Trade Dwight Howard To Nets

More moves are happening in the NBA a day before the draft. The Charlotte Hornets will send Dwight Howard to the Brooklyn Nets.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Nets’ will offer center Timofey Mozgov, cash and two second-round picks(one pick (No. 45) in Thursday’s NBA draft & another in the 2021 second-round).
Charlotte is finalizing a deal to send Dwight Howard to the Brooklyn Nets for Timofey Mozgov, league sources tell ESPN. Nets will save $17M on deal in 2019-20 season, allowing them to create two max salary slots.

The deal can not be completed until July 6. Howard is an eight-time NBA All-Star. This would be the third change for the veteran in nearly years.
