Larry Nassar Sentenced To 40-175 Years In Prison

The seven day trial with over 160 victim impact statements regarding former USA Gymnastics and Michigan State doctor Larry Nassar has ended, with Nassar being sentenced on Wednesday to a 40-175 year prison sentence for sexual assault, according to CBS Sports.

His sentence will be served on top a 60 year sentence he already received for possession of child pornography.

Of the statements, 156 of them came from the victims themselves.

Judge Rosemarie Aquilina spoke to Nassar while delivering the sentence, telling him she “just signed [Nassar’s] death warrant.”
