John Lynch has now completed his second draft. Last year in his inaugural, between grabbing Solomon Thomas, Reuben Foster, and perhaps fleecing the Bears in the Trubisky trade, all signs pointed high. In also adding Jimmy Garoppolo for a 2nd round pick, Lynch went into this draft with some well-earned confidence.
The #49ers have added a ton of speed in this year's draft.
Notable 40 times of a few picks:
DB Tarvarious Moore – 4.32
LB Fred Warner – 4.64
DL Kentavious Street – 4.87
CB D.J. Reed – 4.51
DT Jullian Taylor – 4.83— Joe Fann (@Joe_Fann) April 28, 2018

There should also be a decent amount of cap room after the signings-
The #49ers draft class should cost $8,690,133 in 2018, with McGlinchey, Pettis, Warner, Moore and Street counting in the offseason against the top 51, which would give the 49ers $40,928,183 in available cap room before Tartt's extension.

They obviously added some serious beef-
New 49ers draft pick Kentavius Street was the strongest player on NC State’s team. He power cleaned 400 pounds and squatted 700 pounds this past year.

With the Niners (along with the Rams) showing the largest year to year jump in win projections from Westgate at 9, a little success brings a lot of pressure. If Lynch ends up with the same luck this year he had last year, the Niners might look to even exceed those Las Vegas projections.
