Oakland Athletics Sign First-Round Pick Kyler Murray

The Oakland Athletics agreed to terms with seven players from the 2018 First-Year Player Draft, one of the seven players being first round selection from the University of Oklahoma, outfielder Kyler Murray.

Per Bleacher Report, also agreeing to terms were shortstop Jeremy Eierman from Missouri State, right-handed pitcher Gus Varland from Concordia, right-handed pitcher Calvin Coker, outfielder Devin Foyle, third baseman Jonah Bride and outfielder Alonzo Jones.

The A’s have now signed or agreed to terms with 33 players from the 2018 First-Year Player Draft.
