The Oakland Raiders (4-12) brought in the New Year with the same amount on wins as the San Francisco 49ers (4-12).
The club ended the year by announcing that former NFL Analyst, Mike Mayock, will be joining the team as their General Manager after firing Reggie McKenzie earlier in the month of December.
Finding a new GM wasn’t the only New Year’s resolution the Raiders had, seeing as the team announced on Tuesday (January 1st) that they have signed the following 10 players to reserve or future contracts with the team:
All the signings were from the Raiders practice squad with the exception of punter Drew Kaser.
Kaser was originally selected by the Los Angeles Chargers in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M and the played in 36 games with the Chargers from 2016-2018.
He spent one week with the Green Bay Packers, but did not play.
