The Oakland Raiders lost against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday with the final score being 26-15.

The Raiders let on that Sunday’s game against the Chiefs would be interesting, but they were short of a win by only scoring 15 points during the game.

Raiders defense falling short and not properly executing plays could have something to do with the fact that the team recently fired their defensive coordinator Ken Norton.

According to NBC Sports, after the game, Coach Jack Del Rio said the Raiders did not get the job done and let on about the team will work on getting better for the next game.

In a post game interview, quarterback Derek Carr was more forward about his teams assessment and talked about how the team did not follow plays correctly during the game.

“There is no easy way to put this one. We sucked.”

Tight end, Lee Smith went as far as saying that the Raiders;
