Is It Ok To Tank; The Grant Napear Show with Doug Christie- 3/2

Hour 1 

The Kings won a close game last night in OT and Doug and Grant discuss the win, how good the young guns on the team looked down the stretch of the game and spoke to assistant head coach Elston Turner about the season so far. Listen as ET talks about how he has dealt with all these losses over the last few years after being around winning teams for so long, how he believes the team is growing and gelling, as well as how much De’Aaron Fox has played well since coming back from his injury.

Hour 2

The Kings PG De’Aaron Fox joined the fellas and spoke about how much he has learned so far this season, how great a lot of the veterans have been on the team, instructing him and teaching him how to be a pro and how he feels this team is getting better by the day. Plus Mrs. Napear joins the show to discuss if Grant rubs her ankles!!

Hour 3

In hour three Hall of Famer John Smotlz jumps on the show and speaks about the state of the game and why he feels analytics are harming the game including extending the time of a game due to specialists and managers coaching by statistics. Also John breaks down the newest phenomenon in the league Shohei Otani by explaining why he thinks he probably should of chose a different team to really showcase his talents. Callers also chime in in the beginning of the hour to talk Kings, Warriors and NBA tanking.

Hour 4

The fellas talk NBA tanking and what the league could or could not do with listeners, NCAA FBI probe, take a look around the NBA standings to try and do a little prediction for teams to finish.
