Sacramento Kings Guard Frank Mason makes USA Men’s Basketball World Cup Qualifying Team

Sacramento Kings guard Frank Mason, who is preparing to start his second NBA season, is getting some national recognition Monday, after being selected to the USA Men’s Basketball World Cup Qualifying Team.

USA will battle Uruguay on September 14th in Las Vegas. Mason, who averaged 7.9 points and just under three assists in 52 games for the Kings last season, is expected to be a crucial piece for USA on Friday.
