Hour 1

The NFL rules committee after examining the new rule that has everyone baffled, the “No player can lead with their head, while making a tackle” rule has been reviewed and was chosen to remain the same has Grant in a tizzy in hour one! Listen as Grant speaks about the confusing rule and why it is already an embarrassment to the league. Plus the fellas talk Oakland A’s, Astros vs Mariners and the race for the AL Western Division.

Hour 2

Friend of the show Charles Davis joined the show in hour two to shine some light on the helmet rule and the current state of how some of the players feel. Charles also gives his thoughts on the Khalil Mack hold out and the Aaron Donald contract as well.

Hour 3

In hour three, the fellas welcome former Sacramento King  Joe Kleine for the Kings flashback player of the week. Joe tells stories of Jerry Reynolds coaching him, how he got to play with a tone of great players like Michael Jordan, Larry Bird and Charles Barkley and his fondest memory of playing in Sacramento!

BREAKING NEWS … The decision on Urban Meyer comes down at the top of hour four…. Hear Grant and Doug give their thoughts on the decision of a 3 game suspension for coach Meyer!
