Hour 1

Segment 1: Kyle Madson, Scott Marsh and Matt George chat about the Home Run Derby and Bryce Harper’s electric win.

Segment 2: Today’s Morning Brew looks at Le’Veon Bell’s contract negotiations, the Home Run Derby, and the NFL’s scramble to change their new kickoff rules.

Segment 3: The guys debate whether they’d like to be Le’Veon Bell this season or Kawhi Leonard.

Segment 4: Kyle, Scott and Matt discuss why the NFL’s rule changes are going to adversely impact football and make life difficult on referees.

Hour 2

Segment 1: Jed Lowrie and the A’s have mutual interest in an extension. The guys break down whether he’s the veteran the A’s should hold on to long term. 

Segment 2: Threefer Madness is all MLB All-Star Game related with a brief debate about Mike Trout’s place in the MLB hierarchy.

Segment 3: The Athletic polled MLB players to get their thoughts on a variety of things from most intimidating pitcher to the implementation of the DH in the National League. The guys give their thoughts on each answer and discuss the next evolution of sports in the media.

Hour 3

Segment 1: Kings scout Bobby Jackson joins the show at the top of the third hour to talk about the Kings’ progress in Summer League and his upcoming golf tournament.

Segment 2: Kyle, Scott and Matt analyze how a Manny Machado trade could set in motion a trade deadline that dramatically alters the rest of the MLB season.

Segment 3: The guys react to the breaking news that the Kings traded Garrett Temple to Memphis for Ben McLemore, Deyonta Davis and cash.
