Hour 1
In the first show of 2019 Damien and Jason start the show talking about the Kings last two losses and what the team needs to do to turn things around. The guys took some calls from listeners to get their opinions on the Kings, and finished the hour talking some College Football. All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
Hour 2
In the second hour of the show the guys started the hour with Fair or Foul, and discuss some of the NFL head coaching vacancies. Hour 3
In the final hour of the Lo-Down they continued the talk about NFL Head Coaches and the lack of African American Coaches in the NFL, and if the Rooney Rule is actually effective. The guys also talked about the Rockets 10 and 1 run and how good James Harden has been, but isn’t fun to watch, and Andrew Luck going to the playoffs.
