Hour 1

Grant and Doug begin the Wednesday show with NBA talk and the trade deadline vastly approaching. Plus the head coach of the Sacramento Kings checks in for his weekly appearance on the show. Listen as Coach Walton talks about the upcoming all star break and how much people are tired and how it could help some of the players like Harrison Barnes, as well as how it was great to Richaun Holmes on the court today at practice.

Hour 2

More NBA trade deadline talk opens the second hour of the show, while a trade comes across the wire between the Miami Heat and Memphis Grizzlies, involving Andre Igoudala. Hear the fellas discuss the trade, how it may effect the Kings as they Heat play the team Friday.

Hour 3

Friend of the Show, Sirius/XM NBA Radio host Brian Geltzeiler joined the show in the third hour to talk all the latest action in the NBA and what could be happening in the league tomorrow as the trade deadline approaches.

Hour 4

In the last hour of the show, the fellas talk Soccer fandom with super soccer fan and assistant producer Chris Verlod and discuss the movement of soccer players compared to NBA players.
