Hour 1
In the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason started the show talking about the Kings getting blown out against the Timberwolves, and some of the decisions that Joerger made about the lineup during the game. The guys also talked about James Harden’s monster game with a HUGE travel at the end. All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
Hour 2
In the second hour of the show the guys breakdown last night’s Monday Night Football, and cover the entire NFC. The guys also talked about the NBA Western Conference, and if some of the teams are coming back down to earth. They finished the hour with their winners and losers from week 15 of the NFL. In final hour of the Lo-Down new new head coach for Sac State Football, Troy Taylor, joined the show to talk about his new job at Sac State, and about the City of Sacramento.
