16 years ago today, Chris Webber propelled the Kings to a big win over Kevn Garnett and the T-Wolves

All athletic events will be on pause for the foreseeable future, which is a tough pill to swallow for sports fans around the world.

While this may be a rough time for Sacramento Kings fans, we can look back on some good times while we wait for basketball to make its return.

May 12, 2004 – NBA Western Conference Semifinals

Kings 87, Timberwolves 81 (Series tied 2-2)

Staring the possibility of a 3-1 deficit in the face, Chris Webber and the Sacramento Kings picked up a huge win at Arco Arena to even the second round series, beating the Minnesota Timberwolves 87-81 in Game 4.

Following the heartbreaking 114-113 loss in Game 3, Sacramento needed to have a sense of urgency to prevent falling into a 3-1 hole.

Chris Webber carried the Kings offense, scoring a game-high 28 points on 13-of-21 from the field and grabbing eight rebounds. Webber was nearly unstoppable, dominating the Minnesota defense that held him to 16 points in Game 3.

Minnesota forward and NBA MVP Kevin Garnett struggled from the field, scoring 19 points on eight-of-18 shooting.

Kings guard Mike Bibby had a double-double, scoring 15 points and dishing 12 assists in the win. Brad Miller contributed with 20 points off of the bench for Sacramento, grabbing seven rebounds and blocking two shots in the process.
