Fly Bogi, Fly.

Bogi is no longer a Sacramento King, as he was signed and traded to the Milwaukee Bucks for Donte DiVincenzo, Ersan Ilyasova, and Sacramento’s DJ Wilson.

Ilyasova brings a $7 million expiring deal, while Wilson and DiVincenzo represent the last two first-round picks for the Bucks, both at #17. So to make it sound better, you could say Bogi got traded for Ilyasova’s expiring and two first round picks.

Kings fans always say that the team doesn’t know how to draft, so now they get two first rounders drafted by someone else, the same team that drafted Giannis.

LOS ANGELES, CA - FEBRUARY 16: Bogdan Bogdanovic #8 of the World Team raises the 'Rising Stars Challenge MVP Trophy' with Chris Webber during the 2018 Mountain Dew Kickstart Rising Stars Game at Staples Center on February 16, 2018 in Los Angeles, California.

This is Monte McNair’s first move as Kings’ GM, and it was a shrewd one. The Kings were going to lose Bogi anyway, as matching a 15-18 million dollar offer sheet for a team with virtually no chance at making the playoffs this season would’ve been foolish, especially at 28 years old.

Kings fans will now watch Bogdan go from “Basketball Hell” to a sure-fire contender for the NBA Finals, playing alongside the two-time reigning MVP in Giannis.

You’ve seen this deal get analyzed and graded all over the place, but I want your comments below. Your take may be read on the air over the next few days- how do you grade the trade, and why?
