Six weeks into the NFL season and we have seen some great action so far.

We are down to one team that is still undefeated. The Arizona Cardinals stand alone as the NFL’s only team without a loss. We also have just one team that has yet to win in the Detroit Lions.

As for this weekend, I can guarantee that we will get some more great drama.

Here are the picks:

Lock of the week (6-0, last week Colts was the pick)

Arizona Cardinals over the Houston Texans. This isn’t just (6-0) vs. (1-5) but the disparity in talent is very clear. Cardinals in a lock.

Upset of the week (2-4, Jaguars was the pick last week)

Denver Broncos over the Browns in a mini upset. This is a case (Keenum) of just too many injuries for the Browns. Broncos find a way to win in Cleveland in Thursday Night Football.

Games That I Feel Good About

Packers over the WFT. Green Bay is rolling and Washington’s defense hasn’t been as good as it was a year ago. Look for Rodgers and company to handle their business.

Ravens over the Bengals. An AFC North battle that Cincinnati isn’t quite ready for. They are getting there but not just yet. Look for Lamar Jackson and the Ravens to stay hot.

Rams over the Lions. I have defended Detroit too much this year. They were competing consistently until last week’s brutal performance. Now Jared Goff has to go to LA and face his former, far more talented team. Rams should cruise.

Buccaneers over the Bears. Tampa Bay and Tom Brady have had a few extra days and they will just flat out score the Bears. Chicago won’t be able to keep up with Tampa’s offense. Bucs by a couple scores.

The Rest Of The Games

Chiefs over the Titans. Kansas City finds a way in a competitive game

Falcons over the Dolphins. Miami needs something, well a lot of things.

Patriots over the Jets. The Pats got em in week 2, and go for the season sweep on Sunday

Panthers over the Giants. Another rough weekend in New York for NFL fans of the local teams

Saints over the Seahawks. Russell Wilson is too big of a deal for Seattle, they need him and the Saints will capitalize on him not being there.

Raiders over the Eagles. Loved the grit and emotion the Raiders showed last week after all the stuff they had to go through. May not be as clean of a game for them Sunday but they will go into the bye with a quality win.

49ers over the Colts. San Francisco is still looking to break out. They aren’t healthy but an extra week to rest, evaluate and prepare should help this team. 49ers in a close one.
