The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross: Should The Kings Crown Mark Jackson As Head Coach?

According to multiple reports, the Sacramento Kings are close to opening up the interview process for their open head coaching position.

Among the short-list of names that have been rumored to be in the running for the vacancy, former Golden State Warriors head coach Mark Jackson will reportedly interview with Kings general manager Monte McNair for the job.

The Sacramento Kings will interview Mike D‘Antoni and Mark Jackson for their head coaching job, among over a handful of total candidates, sources tell me and @sam_amick. Kings have done background on vast majority of available coaches and narrowed to small group.

Jackson, 57, has not coached in the NBA since being dismissed from Golden State following the 2013-14 season.
