European League superstar and potential number one overall pick Luka Doncic led Real Madrid to the Euroleague title. The team he defeated; last year’s champions, and Sacramento Kings guard Bogdan Bogdanovic’s former squad, Fenerbahce.

Doncic scored 15 points and finished with four assists and three rebounds in a tight, 85-80 contest. Following the victory, Doncic shared a moment with Bogdan Bogdanovic at center court.

When asked about his relationship with the current Kings guard and former Euroleague champion, Doncic said “We are friends, he is a great player, I could learn a lot (from him)”.

Bogdanovic told Movistar from Spain “It will be nice to have him, but you never know. He might go number one.”

The 19-year-old Doncic now adds Euroleague champion to his long list of accolades including Euroleague MVP and Euroleague Final Four MVP. He has yet to declare for the NBA Draft, telling the media, “I will tell about all at the right time. Right now I just want to celebrate with my team. Soon I will tell”.
