J.Ross: With the 2nd pick in the NBA draft, the Sacramento Kings select….

Well we now know that the Kings are picking 2nd after tonight’s NBA draft lottery.  Here is a history of what players have been taken at 2 since 1980.  Some hits and misses at 2 over the years.  Can the Kings find one of the gems in next month’s draft?
