A’s Bruce Maxwell Reaches Plea Agreement

Bruce Maxwell of the Oakland Athletics and the state of Arizona have come to an agreement regarding his disorderly conduct charge.
Maxwell, 27, was arrested on Oct. 28 in Scottsdale, AZ after reportedly “pointing a gun at a food-delivery person.”
According to NBC Bay Area, Maxwell plead guilty to disorderly conduct, which qualifies as a class 6 undesignated offense in the state of Arizona.
He will be sentenced on June 4. Maxwell released the following statement on Friday:
