A Day after A Long Season; The Grant Napear Show with Doug Christie- 4/12

Hour 1 

The head coach of the Sacramento Kings Dave Joerger joined Doug and Grant for his weekly appearance brought to you Petkus. Listen as coach talks about how he felt the season went from his stand point, as he sums up all 82 games with a few statements, as well as gives some of thoughts on the young players progression and the next steps heading into the summer. Also the fellas give their initial thoughts a day after the season ends and talk the next few steps for the organization heading into the summer and next year.

Hour 2

Reuben Foster has found himself in the custody of local police while the San Francisco 49’ers issued a statement regarding the situation surrounding the LB, listen as DC and Grant give their opinions on what the next move should be for the team, as well as some Kings talk and a little NBA playoff talk.

Hour 3

Longtime NBA voice and current NBA Reporter for the New York Times Marc Stein jumped on with the fellas in hour three of the show and broke down everything you need to know heading into the NBA playoffs. Everything from why he believes Carmelo Anthony has something up his sleeve during this postseason, why we won’t see Kawhi Leonard in the postseason for the Spurs, how he thinks the Cavaliers are in a good position with the Warriors being hurt and how he thinks the 76’ers could be dangerous. Also Oakland A’s President Dave Kaval joined the show to discuss the 50th Anniversary game happening next week, the infamous tree house in the bleachers for A’s games and the latest around the search for a new stadium.

Hour 4

In hour four the fellas welcome Mrs Napear on the show and hear her side of why Grant doesn’t allow Dallas Cowboys garb in the house Napear house. Plus the fellas talk with listeners on the recap of the Kings season and how they are feeling heading into the summer.
