Hour 1

In the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason talk about some of the NBA games from last night, and how big of a deal Steph Curry’s injury was from last night. Regular caller Keith came into studio with the guys to talk about his favorite thing in the world the Houston Rockets.  They also talked some NFL and Aquib Talib going to the Rams.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 2

In the second hour of the show Gregg Bell, The News Tribune Seahawks Beat Writer, joins the guys to talk about some of the moves being made by the Seahawks and the release of Richard Sherman.  The guys also talked about some other moves being made in the NFL.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 3
