The San Francisco Giants and Joe Panik have agreed upon a one-year contract and a $3.45M arbitration salary, per Sacramento Bee.

During 2016 Panik was limited to 127 games because of past injuries throughout the last three seasons and had to deal with a concussion after his 2015 season back injury derailing.
