Utah Jazz was playing against the Washington Wizards when guard Rodney Hood was ejected in the third quarter for arguing with referee Tony Brother over two technicals.

Brother sent Hood to the showers early but he had to get dramatic as he was making his way to the locker room in Washington. Hood was frustrated enough from the incident that he smacked a phone out a fan’s hand while the fan was trying to record him.

Clearly the fan should have known an ejection is not the time for a photo op, but that was still unacceptable for Hood to smack the phone. Even though the way he went about it was extremely casual.

Nothing like a walk to the locker room as you nonchalantly tap someone’s phone out of their hand. After Hood was ejected, Jazz still managed to beat the Wizards with a 107-104 victory.

UPDATE: According to Bleacher ReportHood has been fined $35k from the NBA and is still set to play during the Charlotte Hornets game.
