Oakland Raiders Sign WR Isaac Whitney

The Oakland Raiders have signed WR Isaac Whitney.
The Raiders website reports that Whitney signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in May, and has been on the practice squad until this point.
He played for USC for two years, after transferring from Riverside Community College.
Now on the active roster, Whitney will wear No. 19.
The Raiders also signed WR Tevaun Smith onto the practice squad on Wednesday. Smith has appeared in two NFL games with the Indianapolis Colts.
