The previously reported move to Oracle Park for the Oakland Raiders is off the table according to reports. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network tweeted on Tuesday night that the San Francisco 49ers will not waive their territorial rights to allow the Raiders to play in San Francisco.

It was reported on Sunday night by NBC Bay Area that the Raiders and San Francisco Giants had come into an agreement to allow Oakland to use Oracle Park for the 2019 season. It then came out on Monday that no such agreement had been reached and that the 49ers and the NFL would have to approve the move. It now appears that the move is dead altogether.

On Tuesday, San Francisco Mayor London Breed said, “As far as I’m concerned, the Oakland Raiders should play in Oakland.” Breed also said that she shared her opinion with the Giants as well.

With San Francisco off the table, it now appears that the Raiders choices are either Santa Clara and Oakland for the 2019 season.
