NBA Review; The Grant Napear Show with Doug Christie – 1/29

Hour 1

Grant and Doug open the show talking about Anthony Davis maybe sitting out the rest of the season due to him asking for a trade and not wanting to play with the Pelicans anymore. The fellas analyze the rumor and what it would mean for the team, the organization, the city and the NBA, plus with the Kings fighting for a playoff spot, they also give their thoughts on the whispers of if the NBA could change the playoff format to the top 16 teams in the league.

Hour 2

The NFL on Fox and NFL Network’s Charles Davis joined Grant and Doug in the beginning of hour two. Listen as Charles gives his take on how fun it is to work at the Senior Bowl and begin to examine some of the prospects entering the NFL, if he believes the official who made the mistake of not calling a penalty in the NFC Championship should be fired or reprimanded, his thoughts on the big game Sunday and of course a ton of canter.

Hour 3

In hour three the fellas talk NBA trades that coulde be on the horizon, more of the Anthony Davis trade request saga and speak to NBA.Com’s John Schuhmann. Hear John give his thoughts on if the Knick’s or Lakers will try and get a trade done for Anthony Davis before the deadline, what is really wrong with the Knick’s and if their is hope on the horizon and his thoughts on how the Kings have quickly and unexpectedly turned around the narrative nationally in his eyes.
