With their third pick of the night, the Raiders boosted their secondary with Mississippi State safety Jonathan Abram.
Abram is a hard-hitting safety that can play both over the top and in the box, giving the Raiders some versatility in their secondary. he also has the size to play a little linebacker. Defensive coordinator Paul Guenther has plenty of options for Abram. As a senior at Mississippi State, Abram had 99 tackles, two interceptions, and five pass breakups.
The Raiders next pick is scheduled to be at No. 35.
